We offer services that set us apart from the other shops in town.  We take pride in helping customers find creative ways to fix problems that many shops wouldn't attempt to touch.  So when it comes to something that needs a little extra persuasion to work or a little extra hold from a welder we will try our best to find a solution to your problem. Below is a list of a few unique services we offer.

VIN ETCHING

With the rise of stolen catalytic converters in our area vin etching has become a popular service.  Having your vehicle’s catalytic converter etched (or marked) is a theft prevention method that makes it harder for a thief to resell the catalytic converter for scrap metal or to parts dealers.

When a catalytic converter is etched with your vehicle’s identification number (known as its VIN number) and/or license plate number in a highly visible spot, it is believed to help deter thieves and reduce the chance of your catalytic converter being stolen.

TRAILER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

 Proper upkeep of your utility trailer ensures longevity, minimal downtime for business and excellent resale value. Its important to always check your tires for signs of wear, bearings for proper lubrication and lights for safety. If you need help preparing your trailer for the season or just having an issue with your trailer in general, bring it by our shop.

GENERATORS

Generators need love to! Just like all the other mechanical equipment you rely on, generators require proper maintenance as well.  Even if you don't use yours on a regular basis you want it to work when you need it. This means making sure the oil is changed, carburetor is clean and spark plugs are good.  If you have one or many, we can service them all and make sure they are ready to work hard when you need them most.

FRAME  REPAIR / WELDING JOBS

Sometimes those dangling parts need a little extra to stay in place or frames need a small patch job to stay safe. Unlike most shops we are willing to bust out our welder to prevent our customers from having to search for a specialty repair shop for small issues. We also take on larger frame repair jobs by removing rust and welding in clean patches or installing Safety Cap frame replacement sections.

HEADLIGHT RESTORATION

Headlights that are yellowed over, permanently fogged up or clouded by dirt build up make

it more difficult for you to see and others to see you while driving at night, not to mention how unattractive it makes your car look. Instead of going through the hassle of replacing your headlights we can do a headlight restoration. We use top products by 3M  to restore them to a clear beautiful finish. This service costs about $100 and takes an hour or less to complete.
